These Terms govern your use of the CSG Marketing platform (the “Service”), operated by Christian Simpson Global (“CSG,” “we”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a brokerage, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
Accounts are created by a brokerage administrator or by CSG. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
The Service lets brokerage members request and customize marketing materials, which are generated from brokerage brand kits and member profile data, routed for approval, and delivered. Generated materials are provided for use by the requesting brokerage and its members. Where the Service sends email (such as welcome or material-delivery emails), it does so only when a brokerage administrator initiates it.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful, infringing, or misleading content; attempting to access data belonging to other brokerages; or interfering with the Service’s operation or security.
You retain rights to the content you provide (photos, listing details, headshots). You grant CSG a limited license to use that content solely to generate and deliver the materials you request. Brand kits and templates remain the property of their respective owners.
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated materials are error-free or fit for a particular purpose; you are responsible for reviewing and approving materials before use, including compliance with real-estate advertising and fair-housing rules.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
